During a flight from San Diego to Nashville, Megan Ashley encountered a heartwarming scene.
Sitting next to her was a 96-year-old woman who hadn’t flown in 15 years and was anxious about the journey. The elderly woman was traveling to meet her family for her birthday but was scared of flying.
After explaining her fears to a young man seated nearby, she asked if she could hold his hand for comfort.
Throughout the flight, the kind stranger held her hand, reassured her during takeoff and turbulence, and even helped her to the restroom.
After landing, he assisted her with her belongings, accompanied her to her wheelchair, and stayed by her side until she reunited with her family.
Megan was deeply moved by the compassion and kindness displayed by the stranger towards the elderly woman.
She expressed her gratitude for his selflessness and considered him a true flight angel.
