Answer: If you look at the picture carefully, you will notice that all the pipes are blocked at some point.
The fuel travels downward into the main vertical pipe.
It hits a horizontal split, going left and right.
The left branch is blocked at the top.
The fuel continues to the right, reaching another vertical pipe.
It first tries to go down toward Car 4 — and this path is fully open!
There’s also a path toward Car 3, but it’s blocked.
Car 4 is the only one with an uninterrupted, open path from the fuel nozzle.
