The correct answer is 3.
How do we get to that answer?
Between 18 and 10, there is a difference of 8.
Between 10 and 6, there is a difference of 4.
Between 6 and 4, there is a difference of 2.
Therefore, with the same train of thought, there is a difference of 1 between 4 and 3, making 3 the correct answer.
